Customized Production Process

1.Consult customer service

Contact via online form, WhatsApp, email or phone to discuss needs (product type, materials, quantity, delivery). Service provides cases, MOQ, quotes and records info.

2.Confirm requirements

Service compiles a Customization Requirement Confirmation Form (details, quantity, delivery, quotes) for itemized check. Lock demands via signature/email after agreement.

3.Place order and make payment

Generate official contract/order (payment terms: e.g., 30% deposit T/T, 70% balance before shipment). Factory starts after deposit is verified; service sends "Order Activation Notice".

4.Drawing design

Design team creates drawings (views, dimensions, materials) considering craft feasibility. Adjust if demands conflict with production.

5.Confirm the draft

Send drawings (2D renderings) with key points marked. Service explains craft; team revises until customer signs Design Draft Confirmation Form.

6.Produce samples

Sample workshop makes samples (designated materials, full process: cutting, polishing, setting, plating) with semi-finished/final inspections.

7.Confirm the samples

Send samples + Sample Quality Inspection Report via courier. Service follows up; factory starts mass production if samples are approved (sign Sample Confirmation Form); re-sample if revisions are needed.

8.Mass production

Plan production (raw materials matching samples, dedicated team). Implement "Three-inspection System"; service updates progress (e.g., 50% plated).

9.Package and ship

Package per requirements (e.g., brand boxes + certificates). Arrange logistics (sea/air/courier); send tracking number, ETA and tracking link.

10.Confirm receipt

Customer checks quantity, quality (per Sample Confirmation Form). Sign Receipt Confirmation Form and pay balance if okay; service assists with issues (e.g., damage) via evidence (48hrs after receipt). Post-sales follow-up after order.
